Professional House Cleaning

You pay for the space your items take in a 19-cubic-yard truck. A quarter load is about $220, a half about $340, three-quarters about $460, and a full truck $600. Smaller than a quarter load — one sofa, a fridge or a few bags — falls under our $150 minimum. The estimate is free, we confirm the number before we start, and you are billed for the space actually used — if it fits in less than we quoted, you pay less. We are fully insured. On licensing we would rather be straight with you: Illinois does not require a state license for cleaning or junk removal, so any company advertising one is stretching the truth. We carry insurance coverage instead of badges, and we are happy to send proof before we start.

We offer same-day and next-day service in most areas. When you book online or call, you can choose a time slot that works for your schedule. We'll always arrive within your scheduled window.

While it's helpful for you to be there to discuss the job and answer questions, it's not always required. We can work from detailed instructions. Just let us know your preference when booking.
