Construction debris removal is not only for job sites. Just as often it is a homeowner’s project: a bathroom gutted over a long weekend, a kitchen where the contractor’s bid did not include haul-away, a basement finished years ago and now being redone. The debris ends up in the garage, the side yard or on a tarp in the driveway, and it has to be gone before the next phase starts.
We load it by hand, sweep up after, and leave nothing sitting on your property. Contractors use us the same way for cleanup at the end of a job or for pickups between phases, so the site is clear before the next trade arrives.

What to Know About Each Material
Weight, dust and prep make more difference with debris than with furniture
Drywall and plaster
Older homes around Park Ridge, Evanston and Skokie still have plaster and lath walls. It comes out in heavy, dusty chunks; bag or bucket what you can and we load the rest.
Tile, brick and concrete
Heavy material fills the truck’s weight limit before it fills the space, so a load of tile or broken concrete may be only part of the truck. We tell you before we start how much fits per trip.
Cabinets and countertops
Kitchen and bath tear-outs: upper and lower cabinets, vanities, laminate tops. Stone countertops are heavy; mention them in the photos.
Carpet, pad and flooring
Rolled carpet and pad, laminate, hardwood and vinyl planks, as long as they are already pulled up. We don’t tear out flooring.

How much does construction debris removal cost?
Construction debris is priced by the space it takes in the truck: a quarter load from $275, a half from $425, three-quarters from $575 and a full load from $780, and a small pile under a quarter load falls under our $150 minimum. Very heavy material such as tile, brick or concrete can hit the truck’s weight limit before the space is full, and we tell you that before loading. You approve the price before we begin, and we provide free on-site or photo-based estimates.
What construction materials can you remove?
We haul away most common construction debris generated by renovation or remodeling—including drywall, lumber, flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, doors, windows, trim, and siding. We can remove construction-related items such as tubs, toilets, sinks, and appliances once they are fully disconnected and ready for pickup. Metal and wood are recycled when possible. We provide hauling and removal only; we do not perform demolition or construction work.
What materials can't you take?
We cannot accept asbestos-containing materials, materials requiring licensed environmental handling, hazardous chemicals, wet paint, solvents, or other regulated waste. We also cannot remove items that are still attached to walls, floors, or plumbing or electrical systems. All debris must be disconnected and ready for pickup. If you're unsure about a material, please contact us before scheduling.
Can you come back as the remodel goes on?
Yes. Many remodels make debris in stages: the tear-out first, then drywall scraps, then packaging from new cabinets and fixtures. We can pick up after each phase, and every visit is priced by the space that load takes in the truck, so you pay only for what goes on it each time.
Do you do demolition?
No. We haul debris that is already torn out and loose. Removing walls, cabinets, flooring or fixtures is a job for your contractor, and anything wired or plumbed has to be disconnected before we arrive.
Can you pick up what my contractor left behind?
Yes. Often the job is the pile left in the garage, the side yard or the basement after the contractor finished. Send a photo and we quote it like any other load.
