3. Estimates and Pricing

  • All prices provided are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
  • Final pricing may change based on actual conditions, volume, level of contamination, accessibility, weight of items, stairs, distance, or additional work requested on-site.
  • The client agrees to pay the final agreed-upon price upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in advance.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and other approved payment methods.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in additional fees, collection actions, or suspension of future services.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Access and Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the service location.
  • Secure pets, valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings.
  • Inform us in advance of any special conditions, hazards, or sensitive surfaces.
  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available if required for the service.

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by lack of access or unsafe conditions.

7. Satisfaction and Service Limitations

  • Clients must report any concerns or issues within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, discoloration, or hidden defects.
  • Some stains, odors, or damage may be permanent and not removable despite best efforts.

8. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law:

  • Hoverla Cleaning Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear, improper installation, defective materials, or items not disclosed by the client.

9. Call Recording and Communications

Illinois is an all-party consent state. By continuing communication with our company after notice, you consent to such recording.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Unsafe or hazardous environments
  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior
  • Non-payment or repeated payment issues
  • Requests outside the scope of our services

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
