How much does appliance removal cost in Park Ridge and Chicago suburbs?
Pricing starts at $150 for our minimum service fee. The final cost depends on the number of appliances, their size, and accessibility. We provide transparent pricing based on truck volume used, and we always confirm the final price with you before beginning any work.
Do you disconnect gas or electrical appliances?
Gas appliances (such as gas stoves or dryers) and certain electrical connections may require disconnection by a licensed professional in accordance with Illinois building code. We can remove appliances that are already disconnected. For standard washers and dryers with simple hookups, we may assist, but we recommend having complex connections handled by a licensed plumber or electrician.
Do you recycle old appliances?
Yes. We work with EPA-compliant recycling facilities in the Chicago area. Metal components are recycled when applicable, and refrigerants from cooling units are recovered according to federal EPA regulations. Our goal is to keep appliances out of landfills whenever possible.
Can you remove built-in appliances like dishwashers?
We can remove built-in appliances if they are already disconnected from plumbing, gas, and electrical lines. Built-in dishwashers, ovens, and similar units may need to be professionally disconnected prior to our arrival. We focus on the hauling and disposal, not the disconnection.
What if my appliance is in the basement or upstairs?
We handle appliance removal from basements, second floors, and other challenging locations. Our team brings the appropriate equipment and takes precautions to protect your floors, walls, and doorways during removal.
