Simple, Volume-Based Pricing
You only pay for the space your items take in the truck

What a Hoarder Cleanout Costs
A hoarded home is priced like any other job: by how much of the truck the contents fill. There is no charge for the state of the house.
Quote from photos or an on-site look
free estimate
Send photos of each room, or we come and look. You get a written quote before anything moves.
Priced by truck space
$275–$780 a load
A quarter load from $275, a half from $425, three-quarters from $575 and a full truck of about 19 cubic yards from $780. A whole packed house is usually more than one load.
Same rates for a full house
no hoarding surcharge
A very full home is priced the same way. If you want a whole house cleared in one day, we add crew time at $35 per hour per person, and the written quote shows both parts.
Room by room over several visits
each visit priced by what goes
If the person living there wants to decide what stays, we clear a few rooms per visit and you pay for what leaves each time.

How a Hoarder Cleanout Works
It starts with a phone call
The person who lives there, an adult child, a landlord or a social worker can call. Tell us who lives in the home, what has to stay and how soon it needs to be done. Send photos or ask for a free on-site look, and you get a written quote.
No judgment, no rushing
Nobody on the crew comments on how the house looks. If the person living there wants to decide what stays, we work alongside them a few rooms per visit. If the family needs the house clear for a sale or a move, we bring a bigger crew; a whole house usually takes one to three days.
What matters gets set aside
As we work we watch for documents, photos, cash, jewelry, keys and anything that looks like it matters to someone, and hand you what we find. If there are papers you need, like a will, a deed or tax records, tell us and we go through those boxes with you.
What we do not do
We remove contents; we do not do biohazard cleanup. If there is animal waste, sewage or mold, we tell you before we start so a specialist can handle that part first.
After the house is empty
We sweep up when the rooms are clear. If the house needs to be ready for a sale or new tenants, Hoverla’s house cleaning crew can do a deep clean the same week.
Landlords and property managers
We clear apartments and houses a tenant left full, including furniture and belongings left behind, and schedule around the building’s rules and your turnover date.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a hoarder cleanout cost?
It is priced by truck space, like every job: a quarter load from $275, a half from $425, three-quarters from $575 and a full load of about 19 cubic yards from $780. A whole packed house is usually more than one load. There is no surcharge for the state of the home. If you want a whole house cleared in one day, we add crew time at $35 per hour per person. The estimate, from photos or on site, is free.
Can you work with the person who lives there?
Yes. We go at the pace the person can manage, a few rooms per visit if they want to make the decisions, and we work with family members or a social worker if one is involved.
How long does a hoarder cleanout take?
A whole house usually takes one to three days, and a few rooms can be done in one visit. If the person living there wants to make the decisions, we come back a few rooms at a time. You decide, and we schedule around it.
Do you set aside important papers and valuables?
Yes, whatever we find: documents, photos, cash, jewelry and keys are handed to you. If you are looking for specific papers, tell us and we go through those boxes with you.
Do you handle biohazard cleanup?
No. We remove contents. If there is animal waste, sewage or mold, we tell you before we start so a biohazard specialist can handle that part.
Can you clean the house after it is cleared?
We sweep up at the end. Hoverla also does house cleaning, including deep cleaning, so once the rooms are empty you can book a clean the same week.
